Q : What exactly is a Content Management System (CMS)?
A : Content Management Systems (CMS) allows you to add content, change content, change images, etc. – all without paying programmers to make changes to your website.

A : Our Content Management System (CMS) is easy to use, yet robust - allowing content owners to update the website using their web browser. If you can use a word processing program, you can use our Content Management System.
Q : What operating system and browser does the Content Management System (CMS) support?
A : Microsoft Windows with Internet Explorer 6.x or higher is recommended.
Q : At what domain will my website be located?
A : Your website will be at your domain. If you don’t have one we can help you register one. Once you have a domain, only a simple DNS change is needed by the domain owner to point to the new site.
Q : Where will my site be hosted?
A : Your website will be hosted at the Dell Services Data Center in Plano, Texas. Our data center is a world-class facility that enjoys a superior physical, data and information security posture. We host mission critical systems for clients in a variety of industries including health care, financial services, manufacturing and more.
Q : I have multiple domains that point to my site – is there a charge for you to host them?
A : No we will be happy to re-point these domains to your production website.
Q : Can we have a custom form, tool or application on our site?
A : Sure. The platform supports custom development performed by our eBusiness technicians.
Q : What are my site design options?
A : You have two choices. First, you can use one of our stock designs. Use it as is, or we can change the color scheme, selected images, etc. Or, for an additional fee we can work with you to develop a custom design that only your hospital/health system will be able to use. We can even work with your preferred designer if you like to integrate their design into our offering.
Q : How are jobs posted to the Career Opportunities section of the site?
A : You are free to add as many jobs as you like using the Add a Job tool on your website.
Q : How are physicians added to the Find a Physician section of the site?
A : When your site is initially being built we can perform a bulk upload to save you time. After go-live you are free to add physicians using our web-based Add a Physician tool at any time.
Q : We have our own Employment Application – can the application you offer be changed?
A : Absolutely – the beauty of this offering is that you can leverage standardization where you want to, yet customize as well. We can even set it up so that all facilities in your health system are using a common set of tools/forms if you like. Or, allow complete facility independence. It’s your call.
Q : How often is my site backed up?
A : We perform full daily weekday back-ups.
Q : Can you describe the hosting platform for my site?
A : Our websites are hosted on redundant web and database servers, with redundant Internet connectivity. What this means to you is that if one web server fails another should pick up the slack and keep your site up and running.
Q : If my health system uses your offering and my facility is divested will I lose my website?
A : No! And if you happen to be using a health system specific look and feel on your site all we need to do is simply implement a new design, change a logo, etc.
